CMAA New England Chapter Board of Directors Meetings are open to non-Board of Directors. We want more people to see the work that happens behind the scenes and the effort that goes into making our chapter successful. Join us to learn more about ways you can get involved, share your thoughts on how we can improve our chapter, or to just keep us accountable and always striving to provide the best to our members and owners. If you would like to attend, please review the guidelines and instructions below and we will get you on the invite.

• Any individual who wishes to attend shall send a request to attend via email to [email protected] with their name, company name, and phone number five (5) business days prior to the meeting.
• Requests made less than five (5) business days will be accepted, but admittance cannot be guaranteed due to varying building security protocols.
• Non-Board of Director attendees must attend in-person and cannot utilize the call-in / video conferencing features.
• Requests to attend on someone else's behalf are discouraged.
• Requests will be reviewed and approved on a first-come-first-serve basis as space allows.
• Board of Directors meetings are held at locations volunteered by members of the Board of Directors. Please be respectful to people, property, and neighbors.

A meeting agenda will be provided prior to the meeting (approximately 3 to 5 business days prior). Any additional security, parking, requirements for the meeting will be shared along with the meeting agenda. Any questions can be directed to [email protected].
