CMAA New England is thrilled to partner with Wentworth Institute of Technology to put on a four-part Breakfast and Learn Series on how Artificial Intelligence is impacting the Construction Industry. Throughout the Fall of 2025, panel discussions will focus on a specific Construction Management task for each event. This October, the focus is Artificial Intelligence in Time Management. Join us:

Speakers:
While CMAA New England is still in the process of finalizing speakers for this presentation, we are excited to welcome Moe Tassabehji of Suffolk Construction, and Jim Potter of HDR. Final speaker to be announced.

Mohamad Tassabehji is a Planning Analytics Manager at Suffolk Construction and Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, working as a design, owner, and contractor on public and private projects. He has worked on projects in North America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia, in Oil and Gas, Mining and Metals, Heavy Infrastructure and Commercial construction. His experience includes managing projects in the field, procurement, contracts, and project control. He is passionate about infrastructure, and transportation and land use. In his free time, he teaches part time at Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute of Technology. At Suffolk Mohamad is the Planning Analytics Manager, where he leads a team to review project schedules monthly to identify project risks and challenges.

Jim Potter, PMP is an HDR Project Controls Manager located in Providence, RI. He has been in the industry for 20 years with a background in construction/excavation, scheduling, and project management for transportation projects (bridge, roadwork, and transit). Currently, Jim provides oversight at a Program and Project level providing schedule support, constructability insight, contemporaneous schedule analysis, and review of claims for his clients. Jim will be presenting on Schedule Validator www.schedulevalidator.com. This tool has an AI feature, and they are in the process of developing additional AI features from their software.
