About the Speakers:
Greg Davis, Director of Cost Engineering at Procter & Gamble, is an engineering trained, commercially minded business leader. He is a supply chain, strategic sourcing, and capital project execution leader with over 30 years of global consumer packaged goods engineering and purchasing experience. He has developed and led strategic sourcing interventions and cost-savings programs that drive top and bottom-line business results in capital equipment & services and contract manufacturing. He is a skilled Project and Construction Manager with experience leading fast-paced multi-million-dollar projects.

Li Kai, Construction Manager at Procter & Gamble, has 30 years of experience in engineering, project management, and construction management, especially in greenfield / brownfield plant construction projects. He has strong leadership and ownership experience in leading a team toward a clear project vision. As a data-based, disciplined, and open-minded team player, he has completed 16 projects in various global sites with exceptional Safety, Quality, Cost, and Schedule outcomes.
