The CMAA-NE Programs Committee is offering four monthly Breakfast Programs focused on four 2026 Project Achievement Award Winners for buildings, renovation, and infrastructure. A concise overview of each project will be described with a short video. Thereafter, the presenters will focus on the problems the CM’s had to confront and how they overcame them, the typical behind the scenes "Rest of the Story"....including the technical expertise that was used and lessons learned. Join us throughout the Fall of 2026. 

Massport Framingham Logan Express Parking Garage Expansion

The Framingham Logan Express Parking Garage capacity was increased from about 1,000 to 2,080 parking spaces while supporting efficient operations, a positive customer experience, and sustainable design. The expansion added three elevated parking levels, extended stair and elevator towers, two new elevators, and upgraded building systems. The garage façade was enhanced with architectural solar panels that contribute to the building’s visual character while reducing external energy demand.
