Registration is Open!

The CMAA-NE Programs Committee is offering four monthly Breakfast Programs focused on four 2026 Project Achievement Award Winners for buildings, renovation, and infrastructure. A concise overview of each project will be described with a short video. Thereafter, the presenters will focus on the problems the CM’s had to confront and how they overcame them, the typical behind the scenes "Rest of the Story"....including the technical expertise that was used and lessons learned. Join us throughout the Fall of 2026. 

South Station Tower

The 51-story South Station Tower constructed in the middle of historic South Station contains approximately 680,000 square feet of office space and 166 Ritz-Carlton branded residences, while also providing extensive upgrades to the South Station transportation facility below. It utilized a reinforced concrete structural core, structural steel framing with major transfer trusses and super columns, precast concrete elements forming the concourse arches, and a high-performance glass curtain wall façade.
