January Breakfast Program

The DOTS

Join us for a panel presentation by representatives of MassDOT, NHDOT and Keville Enterprises about changes, plans and visions for the agencies under the leadership of Victoria Sheehan in New Hampshire and Patricia Leavenworth at MassDOT. Additional thoughts are by Matthew Poirier of Keville Enterprises, who joins the panel as a long-time collaborator with MassDOT and construction specialist.

Victoria Sheehan, formerly the MassDOT manager of strategic planning and highway performance, as well as the MassDOT manager for the Accelerated Bridge Program, was appointed as the NH transportation commissioner in 2015. Sheehan is now the second woman to serve as New Hampshire’s transportation commissioner.

Patricia Leavenworth, formerly a district highway director at MassDOT, was appointed its Chief Highway Engineer in 2013 to oversee the construction and maintenance of the state’s roads and bridges. Praised for her “innovative spirit” by state Transportation Secretary Richard A. Davey, Leavenworth is a 26-year veteran of the division.

Matthew Poirier, Vice President/Director of Project Controls at Keville Enterprises, is working as a consultant to the Accelerated Bridge Program under MassDOT and is currently assigned within the MassDOT District 1 projects.
